R is for Raceme – Word up!

Raceme
/ˈrasiːm,rəˈsiːm/
Generally pointed flower head where individual flowers are carried on short lateral stems from a single unbranched main stem. The individual flowers usually open at the base first, gradually progressing to the top. Lupin, foxglove and hyacinth are good examples.
